$ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin/utlrp.sql
$ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin/utlprp.sql
above scripts are used to recompile all invalid objects in oracle database.
Both scripts must be run as the SYS user, or another user with SYSDBA, to work correctly.
